How to Print a List of Your Farm Codes in Farm Focus

Steps to Print Your Farm Codes List

1. Go to Settings:
   Navigate to Settings > Codes > Farm Codes.

2. View the Code List:
   Your farm code list will appear on the screen. Use the downward arrows in the heading bar to collapse or expand the list to view more or fewer details.

3. Download the Code List:
   Click the print button to download a PDF version of your code list.

4. Printing the PDF:
   Once downloaded, you can print the PDF for a hard copy of your farm codes.

What’s Included in the PDF?

• GST Type: The GST type associated with category codes.

• Extended Codes: If applicable, the GST type for extended codes, if it differs from the category code.

• Accountant’s GL Codes: If your accountant’s GL codes have been mapped, these will appear in the PDF.
