How to manage user access in Farm Focus

1. Add a new user

• Log in to your Farm Focus farm organisation.

• Click on Settings and select Users & Workspaces.

• Click Add User.

• Enter the user's full email address.

• Select the access level for the user.

• Click Send invite.

What happens next:

• Existing users will have immediate access to your farm organisation.

• New users will receive an email with instructions on setting up their user profile. Until they sign up, their access will be marked as pending and they won't be able to access the organisation.

• You can send a reminder by selecting the pending user under Settings > Users.

2. Edit a user's access level

• Click on Settings and select Users & Workspaces.

• Select the user whose access level you want to edit.

• Click User Access and choose the new access level.

• Click Done to save the changes.

3. Remove a user

• Click on Settings and select Users & Workspaces.

• Select the user you want to remove.

• Click Remove User.

• Click Done to save the changes.

Workspaces

• A workspace is an area where rural professionals can coordinate specific tasks and access levels for their team members.

• Only the workspace administrator can add, edit, or remove users from a workspace.
