Steps to Complete

Posting an Invoice to Farm Focus

• Log into Crystal Payroll.

• In the main menu, select Accounting Analysis.

• Choose General Ledger analysis.

• Select the relevant period and dates for the payroll. You can also choose to see a breakdown of codes by employees by checking the box.

• Click Send to Farm Focus.

• The invoice from Crystal Payroll will now appear in your Needs Action screen in Farm Focus. It will be fully coded and ready to be matched to the corresponding bank transaction.

Troubleshooting

If the invoice appears fully coded but unbalanced:

1. Click into the invoice and balance it manually.

2. You will be alerted by an unbalanced token if this issue occurs.
