How to search and filter bank transactions in Farm Focus

Why

Use the search and filter functions to quickly locate transactions that you need to unmatch or change codes and descriptions.

Steps to search for completed transactions

1. Go to Actuals > Completed.
2. Click the Search icon at the top right of the screen.
3. Start typing into the search bar that appears.
   • You can search by date, name, payee, code, or amount.
4. To sort columns, click the drop-down arrow on the relevant header (e.g., Payment date, Invoice date, Other party, Description, Code, GST, Tag, A/c, Amount).

TIP:

Use the search and filter features to save time when reviewing your completed transactions. If searching for a specific code use the colon : to seperate the category and extended code - eg AH: V ( Animal Heath vet)
