Why use the Cashflow Detail Report?

The Cashflow Detail Report offers insight into the planned and actual items displayed in your cashflow grid. It helps you break down individual items, including essential details such as payment date, quantity, and total amount.

For livestock and milk production, additional information is included, such as kg/head, $/head, and $/kg, providing a comprehensive view of production metrics.

• View detailed information, including payment dates and quantities.

• Filter reports by bank account, management and cost tags, or code list.

Selecting Data for the Report

You can view one set of data at a time, including:

• Actuals + Plan: A revised view of your Working Plan that displays actuals up to a specific month, with planned items for the future.

• Actuals: Shows actual items from the current year and earlier.

• Plan: Displays planned items from your Working Plan and Baseline plans only.

Viewing Options

Choose how to view the data based on your preference:

• Payment date: Displays all items with a payment date within the selected range.

• Accrual view: Shows all items with an invoice, event date, or payment term within the selected range.

Date Range

The date range can be set from as short as 1 month to as long as 12 months.

TIP:

Use the filtering options to narrow down your view, making it easier to focus on specific bank accounts, tags, or codes.
