How to Manage Your Farm Focus Login and Passwords

We take your data security seriously and provide robust features to keep your information safe while using Farm Focus.

Signing Up

• When you first sign up, a confirmation email will be sent to your account. You must activate your account within three days.

• If you don’t activate it within the three-day period, you’ll need to request a new email via the website.

Logging In

Saved Passwords

• Your browser may prompt you to save your login details for future use.

• For security reasons, we recommend not using your browser to save passwords.

• If you prefer to save your passwords, consider using a trusted password manager. You can find reviews of password managers on Consumer NZ’s website.

Failed Login?

• If you’re unable to log in, follow our guide on how to unlock your user account here.

Update Your Email

• If you need to update the email address you use for logging in, contact the Customer Services team. They will make the change for you, as we handle this for security reasons.

Creating and Resetting Passwords

Creating a Password

• When creating your password, ensure it meets the following requirements:

  • At least 10 characters.

  • A mix of uppercase, lowercase, and numbers.

  • Avoid personal information or common phrases (e.g., "Whiterabbit1").

• As you create your password, you will see a strength indicator, ranging from weak to strong.

• Once your password is at least eight characters long, the Sign Up button will be activated to complete your registration.

Resetting a Password

• If you need to reset your password, instructions will be sent to your registered email address. You have four hours to act on the instructions before the link expires.

• If you don’t reset your password within this time frame, you will need to request another reset email.
