How to scan paper invoices with an iPhone

Scan your paper invoices using your iPhone and send them directly to Farm Focus via the Invoice Scanner.

Steps to scan invoices with your iPhone

1. Open the Notes app on your iPhone.                                                                                                                                                             
2. Tap the New Note icon.                                                                                                                                                                                  
3. Tap the Camera icon and select Scan Documents.                                                                                                                                        
4. Position your camera over the invoice and take a photo. Ensure the document is within the yellow frame to capture all necessary details.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   
5. If satisfied with the scan, tap Save.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       
6. The scanned invoice will save in your notes. Tap the Upload icon at the top right of the screen.                                                                 
7. Select Email, enter your Invoice Scanner email address, and tap Send.

TIP: If the invoice does not attach immediately, wait a few seconds and try again.

Your scanned invoice will now appear in the Needs Action screen in Farm Focus, ready to be coded.
