Connect Mobble with Farm Focus to automatically bring livestock birth and death events into your financial records. 

Why connect Mobble with Farm Focus 

Mobble is a livestock management platform used to record stock activity in the paddock. 

By connecting Mobble to Farm Focus, livestock events recorded in Mobble automatically appear in Farm Focus as stock activity records. 

This helps keep livestock quantities and financial records aligned without entering the same information twice.

Connecting Mobble with Farm Focus helps you: 

• Keep livestock quantities accurate throughout the year. 

• Ensure stock movements recorded on farm are reflected in your financial records. 

• Reduce manual entry of livestock events. 

• Spend less time reconciling livestock numbers at GST or end-of-year. 

What information is sent ot Farm Focus 

The integration sends livestock movement events from Mobble into Farm Focus. 

This includes: 

• Livestock births. 

• Livestock deaths. 

These events appear in Farm Focus as Stock activity records. 

NOTE: The integration is one-way. 

Information flows Mobble → Farm Focus. 

Changes made in Farm Focus do not send information back to Mobble. 

Steps to connect 

Step 1: Connect Mobble to Farm Focus 

1. Go to Settings > Connectors. 

2. Select Mobble. 

3. Click Connect to Mobble. 

You will be redirected to the Mobble login screen. 

Step 2: Create the connection with Mobble 

1. Enter your Mobble email address. 

2. Enter your telephone number. 

3. Confirm the connection. 

Step 3: Select Mobble properties 

Mobble allows a farmer to have multiple properties under one subscription. These properties may have different GST numbers. 

In Farm Focus, each subscription represents one GST number. 

You must choose which Mobble properties connect to your Farm Focus subscription. 

1. Select the property using the tick box. 

2. Click Save. 

To Finish setting up your property, click into the property. 

1. Enter the Mobble feed start date. 

2. Click Save. 

NOTE: 

• The feed start date cannot be changed once saved. 

• The start date cannot be earlier than the start of the previous financial year. 

• e.g. If the balance date is 30 June 2026, the earliest start date is 1 July 2024. 

• If an event is edited in Mobble after it has already been imported, the change will not update in Farm Focus. 

Step 4: Add additional properties 

If you manage more than one property in Mobble, you can add them to Farm Focus. 

1. Click + Add properties. 

2. Select the property. 

3. Click Save. 

4. Click into the property. 

5. Enter the Mobble feed start date. 

6. Click Save. 

NOTE: Each property can have a different feed start date. 

Where Mobble events appear in Farm Focus 

Livestock activity from your selected start date will appear in: 

Needs action > Stock activity > Pending items 

These events must be reviewed and coded. 

Coding livestock events 

Each imported event displays: 

• Stock type. 

• Gender.
• Year the animal was born.

To process the event: 

1. Review the livestock event. 

2. Code the stock activity. 

3. Click Save. 

Once saved, the event moves to: 

Actuals > Stock activity 

If you coded the event incorrectly, you can edit it here. 

Identifying Mobble records 

Livestock events imported from Mobble are clearly identified in Farm Focus. 

A Mobble icon appears with the record so you can see: 

• Which records came from Mobble. 

• Which records were entered manually in Farm Focus. 

This identifier remains visible permanently so you can always see where the record originated. 

Deactivate or disconnect properties 

Deactivate a property 

To deactivate a property: 

1. Open the Mobble connection. 

2. Move the property toggle to inactive. 

Disconnect Mobble 

Disconnecting the integration removes the Mobble connection for the entire Farm Focus subscription. 

To disconnect: 

1. Go to Settings > Connectors > Mobble. 

2. Click Disconnect Mobble
