How to set up PaySauce payroll integration with Farm Focus

The following video tutorial walks you through how to set up the link between Farm Focus and PaySauce.  Alternatively, you can follow the instructions below.

Steps to Complete

Follow these three steps to set up the automated feed between PaySauce and Farm Focus:

Step 1: Complete one-time setup in PaySauce

1. Log in to PaySauce.

2. Click Settings.

3. Select Integration from the menu.

4. Click on the Farm Focus tab.

5. Click Connect to Farm Focus.

Step 2: Confirm the connection in Farm Focus

1. You’ll be redirected to the Farm Focus login page.

2. Log in to your Farm Focus account.

3. Select the farm business you want to connect.

4. Click Allow Access.

Step 3: Map wage-related codes in PaySauce

After confirming the connection, you’ll be taken back to PaySauce.

1. Click Settings.

2. Select Invoices from the menu.

3. Go to the Accounts section and map your wage-related codes from Farm Focus to the appropriate payroll items.

TIP:

Mapping codes correctly ensures that invoices from PaySauce are automatically pre-coded when imported into your Farm Focus system.

NOTE:

The Simple package does not support integration with Farm Focus. If you're using this package, you won't be able to automate this process.

Troubleshooting

If an invoice appears unbalanced in the Needs Action screen, an unbalanced token will appear. Click on the invoice and balance it manually.
