Farm assistant and report Summaries are an AI-powered chat tool built into Farm Focus. Use it to ask questions about your farm data, get plain-English summaries of your reports, and understand what the numbers mean — without having to interpret reports yourself.

The Cashflow Summary report shows your month-to-month income and spending in a clear and organised format. You can access this report by navigating to the Plan page in Farm Focus.

The Cashflow Detail Report provides a detailed view of planned and actual items from your Working Plan, drafts, and baselines. Use this report to track cashflow, including payment dates, quantities, and total amounts, helping you monitor your financial data effectively.
