How to print or download completed and matched transactions

Why print or download transactions?

Printing or downloading completed transactions helps you maintain accurate records and easily share financial data when needed.

• Keep hard copies or digital backups of your financial records.

• Share transaction details with accountants or advisors.

• Easily reference completed and coded transactions.

Steps to print or download transactions

1. Go to Actuals > Completed.

2. Choose to view transactions by Transactions or Coded Lines by clicking the toggle in the top right-hand corner.

3. Refine your view by typing into the search bar.

4. Select the Financial Year from the dropdown at the top left-hand side to view specific periods.

5. View monthly totals displayed on the right of the screen.

6. Click the print icon next to the search bar.

7. Choose to Print or Download as PDF.

NOTE: The view displayed on your screen is what will be printed or saved as a PDF.
