Farm assistant and report Summaries are an AI-powered chat tool built into Farm Focus. Use it to ask questions about your farm data, get plain-English summaries of your reports, and understand what the numbers mean — without having to interpret reports yourself.

The Livestock Reconciliation report tracks stock movements, including opening/closing balances and transfers, in an annual view. Access it under Livestock Reports, adjust settings for actuals or plans, filter by stock type or tags, and print or save as a PDF.

The Livestock Trading Report provides a summary of livestock movements for a specified financial year, including livestock quantities, carcass weights, values, total production, and production per hectare. It is particularly useful for meat production businesses.

In Farm Focus, you can set livestock codes to default to live weight or carcass weight, with the ability to override this setting while coding.
