The Livestock Reconciliation report tracks stock movements, including opening/closing balances and transfers, in an annual view. Access it under Livestock Reports, adjust settings for actuals or plans, filter by stock type or tags, and print or save as a PDF.

How to use the Livestock Reconciliation report

Answer

Your Livestock Reconciliation report shows Stock Activity movements for each stock class. It tracks the Opening and Closing balances and records the different stock events as well as age transfers in an annualised view.

This report is found in the Livestock reports section of your Farm Focus Reports.

You can use the settings icon in the top right-hand corner to view stock reconciliations for any of your actuals, plans or draft scenarios.

Use the filter icon in the top right corner of the screen to select a specific livestock categories (Sheep, Beef, Dairy, Goats etc) rather than all stock categories, and also to select different Tags if you use Tags to track your separate farming operations.

Stock unit in NZ or the chosen livestock unit in Australia are displayed.

You can print or save a PDF copy of your Livestock reconciliation to share with your farming team if needed by clicking on the Print icon. 

Note: If you have used the Found movement, it will appear as a positive movement in the Deaths & Missing column.
