How to Change Your Password

1. Log in to your Farm Focus account.

2. Go to your Profile and select Personal Details.

3. Scroll down to Login Information > Password and click the drilling down button.

4. Enter your current password and your new password in the fields provided.
   Your new password must meet the following criteria:

   • At least 10 characters long.

   • Include uppercase and lowercase letters, plus numbers.

   • Avoid using personal information or common phrases (e.g., "Password123").

5. If your password doesn’t meet these criteria or has been found in a data breach, you’ll see a prompt to update it.

6. Click Save to confirm the change.

What to Do If You Forget Your Password

If you enter your password incorrectly five times, you will be locked out of your account. You have three options:

• Wait 1 hour and try again.

• You will receive an email with a link to reactivate your account.

• Go back to the Login screen and click Forgot Password? to reset your password.

Resetting Your Password

• After five failed login attempts, you will see the message below:

  • Click Back to Log In.

• • Click Forgot Password?.

• • You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
